- Built an event-driven backend using Node.js, BullMQ, Redis, and Azure Container Apps, handling ticket purchases, refunds, payouts, event publishing, and team invitations through independently deployed background workers with asynchronous processing and reliable notification delivery.
- Designed a fault-tolerant job processing pipeline with retry queues, Dead Letter Queues (DLQs), exponential backoff, delivery tracking, and Redis-based idempotency, ensuring reliable notification delivery and safe recovery from transient failures.
- Built and maintained the React Native (Expo) Android & iOS organizer application, delivering end-to-end event management features including QR-based ticket scanning, analytics dashboards, automated report generation, promo code management, payouts, wallet, ticketing, and team management; additionally maintained the mobile CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions, automating builds and releases to Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console.

Engineered an event-driven Node.js backend (BullMQ, Redis, Azure) processing purchases and Razorpay/Meta webhooks, utilizing DLQs and Redis idempotency locks to eliminate duplicate failures across 200+ monthly payouts, the internal CRM, and a separate organizer web app — as Founding Engineer.
